The Quarterly membership gives The Old Commons homes a full interior-and-exterior visit each season — spring pollen cleared, summer salt lifted, fall detail before the holidays, and a fresh start to the year. It's the rhythm we most often recommend here, given age-appropriate care for original glass — and like every Sunday membership, it's one flat monthly price set at your walkthrough, month to month, with no contract.

Older glass and older trim ask for a slower hand. Wavy panes, original glazing, painted muntins, and delicate storm windows need technicians who clean them the same careful way every visit — which is exactly what a returning route team provides.

On the Quarterly plan, that exposure is met with 4 visits a year — every one a complete visit: exterior and interior glass, screens washed and reinstalled, tracks and sills detailed, and a walk-around check of seals and screens. Between-visit touch-ups are included, so a storm the week after a visit never costs you anything but a phone call.
