Membership-first · Routes limited by neighborhood · Month to month, no contract
The old way
If you've hired window cleaning in the Lowcountry before, you already know the routine — and it's the routine we built Sunday to end.
Three phone calls, two voicemails, one estimate that changes when the crew shows up. Each cleaning starts from zero, as if your home were a stranger's.
One-off jobs are the first thing crews drop when a bigger job appears. You wait weeks, then reschedule around them.
New faces re-learn your storm doors, your gate code, and the transom nobody can reach — and something always gets missed.
Between the May River, the Broad, and the ocean, Beaufort County glass films over faster than almost anywhere inland. A once-a-year cleaning is dirty by month three.
Spring pine and oak pollen coats everything, and irrigation overspray bakes hard-water spots into glass that ordinary cleaning won't lift once it's etched.
The quoted price was for "basic." Screens, tracks, and the second story turn out to be extra — decided on your porch, in front of you.
What Sunday is
Sunday Window Cleaning is a membership-first residential window cleaning company serving Beaufort County, South Carolina. Member homes sit on recurring neighborhood routes — priced once, scheduled automatically, and visited by the same team year-round. The route makes us show up on time, the flat price removes quotes and upsells, and the returning team knows your home the way a good housekeeper does.
And when the job is a project rather than a rhythm, we do that too: post-construction cleans, one-time and pre-listing details, and commercial routes for storefronts, offices, and property managers across the county.
How membership works
STEP ONE
We visit your home once, count and assess every pane, note ladder work and fragile glass, and learn your preferences — gate codes, alarm quirks, the rooms to skip. Your membership price is set here, and it doesn't change visit to visit.
STEP TWO
We place your home on a neighborhood route at the rhythm that fits it — quarterly, every other month, or monthly for waterfront glass. Visits go on our calendar for the year. You'll get a reminder the day before each one.
STEP THREE
The same team returns each visit, works quietly, and leaves a note when the job is done. If a storm blows salt across your glass a week later, tell us — touch-ups between visits are part of the membership, not an extra.
Every visit, every time
Every full visit includes the complete job — glass, screens, tracks, sills, and frames — with no add-on menu and nothing sold at your door.
| Included in membership | What that means at your home |
|---|---|
| Exterior glass | Every pane, every story — pure-water pole work and hand detailing, streak-free and spot-free. |
| Interior glass | Hand-cleaned on full visits, with your furniture, floors, and window treatments protected and put back. |
| Screens | Removed, washed, dried, and reinstalled — not just brushed off in place. |
| Tracks, sills & frames | Vacuumed and wiped down so windows open the way they should in a salt-air climate. |
| Walk-around check | We flag failed seals, torn screens, and early hard-water etching before they become expensive. |
| Between-visit touch-ups | Storm-blown salt or a builder's overspray between visits? Say the word — it's covered. |
Memberships
Every membership includes the full visit. The only question is how often your home needs one — and in the Lowcountry, that mostly depends on how close you live to the water.
4 visits a year
For inland and wooded-lot homes a comfortable distance from salt spray.
6 visits a year
For most Beaufort County homes — near the marsh, the rivers, or heavy spring pollen.
12 visits a year
For oceanfront, marsh-front, and deep-water homes where glass films over in weeks.
Membership pricing is set once, at your walkthrough — based on window count, height, and exposure — and billed as one flat monthly amount. No per-visit invoices, no quotes, no surprises. Month to month; cancel anytime and your route spot goes to the neighborhood waitlist.
Where we work
Sunday serves Beaufort County, South Carolina. Routes are limited by neighborhood so every visit stays on schedule — when a route fills, new homes join the waitlist.
Historic district, Mossy Oaks, Battery Point, and the Old Commons — careful hands for old glass and older trim.
From the Sands to Coosaw Point, where river air films glass faster than anywhere inland.
Old Town, Palmetto Bluff, Hampton Hall, and the May River neighborhoods.
Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, Wexford, and the plantations — oceanfront glass on monthly rhythms.
Oldfield, Berkeley Hall, and the Okatie River corridor.
Dataw, Fripp, Harbor, and Callawassie by route day — ask about your island's schedule.
Good questions
Because a rhythm beats a rescue. Member homes get the same team on a set schedule, a flat price set once, and glass that never reaches the point of looking dirty. Membership is the heart of what we do — and alongside it we take on one-time projects: post-construction cleans, pre-listing details, and commercial routes.
Yes. Alongside residential memberships, Sunday offers one-time window cleanings, post-construction and renovation cleans, and commercial window cleaning for storefronts, offices, restaurants, and property managers across Beaufort County.
Most Beaufort County homes need professional window cleaning every two to three months. Salt haze off the water, spring pine and oak pollen, and hard-water spotting from irrigation overspray build up faster here than inland. Waterfront and oceanfront homes often need exterior attention every four to eight weeks — which is exactly why our plans are rhythms, not one-offs.
No — most members aren't. Exterior work never requires access. For interior glass, most members leave instructions once at the walkthrough — a door code, a preferred entrance, rooms to skip — and never think about it again. You get a reminder the day before each visit and a note when the team is done.
Once, at your walkthrough — based on window count, height, and exposure to salt and pollen. It becomes one flat monthly amount that never changes visit to visit. There are no per-job quotes, no add-on menus, and nothing sold at your door.
Tell us. Touch-ups between visits — a storm that blows salt across your porch glass, a painter's overspray — are part of the membership, not an extra charge.
Yes. Membership is month to month with no long-term contract. If you pause or cancel, your route spot is offered to the neighborhood waitlist.
No. Sunday does one thing — residential window care — and does it on a standard most companies can't hold. We're happy to recommend neighbors we trust for other exterior work.
