Do I Need to Be Home for Window Cleaning?

No. Most Sunday members are not home when we visit. Exterior work never requires access, and interior access is arranged once, at your walkthrough, then handled the same way every visit.

How access works

At the walkthrough you tell us once: a door code, a preferred entrance, the alarm quirk, rooms to skip, the dog's name. The same team returns each visit, so instructions never need repeating. You get a reminder the day before and a note when we're done.

If you'd rather be home

Plenty of members prefer it, especially at first — route days are consistent, so you'll know your rhythm. Either way the standard is identical: furniture protected, floors covered, everything returned to its place.
