The Every-Other-Month membership gives Indigo Run homes six full visits a year, timed to the pollen and salt calendar rather than the wall calendar, with priority scheduling after storms. It's a heavier rhythm for the most exposed elevations, given irrigation overspray and fairway pollen — and like every Sunday membership, it's one flat monthly price set at your walkthrough, month to month, with no contract.

Golf-course and lagoon lots have a particular combination: irrigation overspray that bakes into hard-water spots on lower panes, and open fairway exposure that lets pollen travel and settle broadly in spring.

On the Every-Other-Month plan, that exposure is met with 6 visits a year — every one a complete visit: exterior and interior glass, screens washed and reinstalled, tracks and sills detailed, and a walk-around check of seals and screens. Between-visit touch-ups are included, so a storm the week after a visit never costs you anything but a phone call.
